How the Awards Categories Are Structured

The awards are organised into 10 category parts, each reflecting a specific layer of loyalty and customer experience system design.
From overall program excellence to technology, CX, partnerships and leadership, the structure ensures fair and comparable evaluation across industries and business models.
How to Choose the Right Category

Participants may submit the same initiative to multiple categories where relevant.

When selecting categories, consider:
  • the primary objective of the initiative
  • the core mechanism (program, campaign, technology or CX transformation)
  • the industry context
  • the measurable outcomes and business impact

If your initiative spans multiple dimensions, it is recommended to submit to a primary category and one or more supporting categories.
