- Agencies and solution providers acting on behalf of clients
- Technology vendors implementing engagement platforms
- Partnerships delivering joint initiatives

client-side and partner-side submissions are encouraged.EligibilityEntries must relate to initiatives that have been implemented, launched or significantly developed within the eligibility period of the current awards cycle.
Eligible initiatives may include:

- marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- CX transformation initiatives
- technology implementations supporting loyalty or CX
- gamification and behavioural engagement programs
Entries may represent either
ongoing programs or specific initiatives.Entries should:
- demonstrate measurable results and business impact
- include clear supporting evidence (data, KPIs, outcomes)
- reflect real-world implementation rather than conceptual proposals
